Robots lleva a los jugadores a una aventura para salvar la Ciudad Robot. Cuando Rodney Copperbottom viaja a la Ciudad Robot para conocer a Big Weld, el famoso inventor, descubre que algo anda mal. Big Weld ha desaparecido y el malvado Ratchet se ha apoderado de Industrias Big Weld. Con la ayuda de sus amigos los Rusties, Rodney pone fin a las fechorías de Ratchet y restablece el orden en la ciudad.
